Bluetooth ear piece and listening to music

Is there a bluetooth headphone for the original iphone that I can use for both talking on the phone and listening to music after completing phone conversation?

I tried searching the forums for the answer but couldn't find it.

Bluetooth on the iPhone is limited to handset mode for the phone. it does not work as audio headphones for music.
