I know...I know... It's the # of apps where there is a download available. I get that. BUT...

Why when I do a full "update all" in iTunes do the following two things NOT happen:

1) App Store # should disappear - it never does
2) # of App Updates available # in iTunes should disappear - it often doesn't

Is this just buggy?

After "updating all" did you sync to your iPhone?

Yes. Thanks. Anyone else?

The updating through iTunes is buggy. It often says for me that there are updates when there are none, doesn't show updates that do exist and/or doesn't download updates correctly. I have gotten to the point where I only update through the iPod itself. Next time it syncs, the updated apps will be transfered back to iTunes.

Very helpful. Thank you.

Too bad there is no "update all" option on the iPhone! (having to manually update each app one-by-one is annoying...ESPECIALLY since it takes you out of the App Store to the home page after every one)
