iPhone 3G interface for car- '05 Toyota Highlander

I noticed some companies offer an interface that plugs in the back of the factory stereo. This play music from the iPhone, charges and you can also pick up incoming calls. Can anyone recommend what company they bought this product from and how your experience has been?

THE BEST interfaces we use are the usa spec and the dice electronics

but there is no interface that will charge your device at the moment
usa spec is working on a new cable that will work with the same toyota interface

the problem is that the power pins connection was change by apple, i have no idea why they did that
