MiniVan RCA IPOD hookup

I have a Town & Country minivan (wohoo!) that is equipped with the DVD entertainment system. It has RCA inputs to hook a camcorder or video game system. I got the cable that goes from the Ipod headphones to RCA and tried it last night and the vans system didn't reconize it as an AUX.

Does anyone have this setup and gotten it to work? I'd like be to listen to music or watch movies from the video Ipod through the vans system.

The Xtreme Roadshow looks like it may work, any comment/experiences with that?

You most likely need the A/V cord that comes out of the bottom of the Ipod and not the one that comes from the headphone jack.

Make sure you stop the dvd before you input the other source, it also needs to see the video source we install tis cable in a 2006 town and country , it work no problems
