So I have an iPod touch and I bought like 200 songs using the itunes thats on the ipod over a few months. I plugged the ipod in to a computer and all of my purchased songs are gone....I don't know why they got taken off the ipod or anything but there all gone. I have all the receipts in my email for every song. What should I do?

Well first of all I would check how your iPod is configured. reading your post I'd say it is configured to Automatically sync the iPod and you plugged it in a PC that does not have those 200 songs in its library. So syncing your iPod simply removed the songs.
I have all the receipts in my email for every song. What should I do?
Try to write a mail to apple explaining your problem, but as far as i know they only allow to re-download purchased material if something is defective on their said, example if the file is corrupted and wont play either in iTunes or on iPod. In this case I'm afraid they would not allow you to re-download, but there´s no harm in trying to contact them.
Good Luck.

Ouch, try not having auto sync next time, and transfer purchases as quickly as you can after initial purchase. Lesson leanred for everyone I suppose, but that sucks dude. Did you try docking it and transfering purchase from ipod to comp. have you checked your purchased playlists????

Yes - The missing songs will resync onto your Touch.
