Can't copy some podcasts to my iPhone. Some will, some won't HELP!

So I love to listen to Coast to Coast AM while I'm working my day job. It comes in 4 one hour blocks. 4 files per show. Well some just will not copy to my iPhone no mater what I do. Say the first hour will copy fine but none of the others will copy. Even when I do it manually they won't... What's the deal? I've tried other podcasts and none of the other ones do it. They play fine in iTunes though...
