Alright guys need some help here. I downloaded several songs from itunes. They play just fine it itunes program. I then synced my iphone and the songs downloaded onto my iphone. When I hit the play button on iphone/ipod the song acts like it is playing (progression bar shows it playing) but no sound. Yes I have checked my volume / mute. All my other songs play just fine but any new ones that I dowload from itunes don't work. I have tried everything I know to try at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

I take it you used your iTunes account in order to download those songs from iTunes Music Store. Am I correct? If so, is that the latest account you've used in iTunes when you synced your iPhone / iPod? If you were using a different iTunes account on iTunes right before you synced your device than the one you used to purchase those songs, then iPhone may think you're not authorized to play them.

Did you try removing them and then re-adding them I would try not syncing them and adding them manually instead (there's an option on the itunes main page for the iphone).

I think you are on to something here Daihard! Originally my wife downloaded some games for me to my iphone using her itunes account that she had already purchased for her iphone. I then went in to my itunes and created a new itunes account and purchased the songs and downloaded them to my iphone. Maybe this is what is causing all the problems. Only problem is how do I fix it? Should I remove all the games from my iphone that she put on it? Is there sone way to reset what account my iphone thinks its using?? What to do?
Thanks,
