Sometimes the wifi indicator only shows 1 or 2 levels. This would be in my home while sitting next to the router. HAs anyone had this problem and whaty do you think could be causing it
happened before and after the 2.0 update

Yes, I am having the same problem along with very rare successful connections with web pages and applications. This was after the update. Before the update, everything worked as advertised. I am really not happy with Apple right now. I searched for about an hour for a solution, every similar post like this was left unanswered, and I am guessing we may have to wait for another firmware update from Lovely Apple.
The only solution I saw out there was to update the routers driver, but I have the latest installed.

I've read reports of problems with Linksys routers. I run the DD-WRT firmware on mine and have had no problems at all.
If you do have a Linksys, and decide to flash the firmware with DD-WRT (which is excellent, BTW) PLEASE make sure you read up on the instructions before you install it and be SURE that your router is supported.
