I know you said aftermarket stereo but if you want to keep your original radio you should get the DICE Electronics I-Toyota-R (http://diceelectronics.com/toyota.html).

It will allow you to connect your iPhone to your Toyota radio.

Whatever you choose, make sure it is compatible with OS 3.0 and later (assuming that's what you have on your iPhone). Several car stereo interfaces which previously worked with 2.x stopped working with the iPhone (and Touch) when 3.0 was rolled out (and is still not fixed).
