Iphone Audiobook Trouble

Ever since the 2.0.1 upgrade my audiobooks on my Iphone have been acting very strange. Sometimes they work. Most of the time they don't. They will either play with no sound or when I hit the play button it will freeze for a moment and then go to the pause symbol then back to play.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
It's driving me crazy.
I should add. This is not an issue with a particular recording as it is happening with all my audio books. Also - it is only happening with audiobooks. Not music or podcasts.

I'm having the same problems as well as some others. Now, only a portion of my music will load onto my iPhone, then I get an error, "unable to write to disk iphone, etc." I have plenty of memory on my iphone, at least 10GB remaining.

I've also noticed that my movies will not load as well, unless I de-select the 'sync music. Very strange behavior.

Anyone have some ideas? I have restored my iphone at least 10 times, i have made a playlist for my audiobooks.

2.0.1 or 2.1?

I know this doesn't help you but I have always upgraded software usually the day it comes out and I do not have any problems with music, audiobooks, or videos.
