Does anyone use both Touch and iPhone? Or see a need for having both? I have both and was going to sell the touch for obvious reasons sooner than later while it is still worth something. But after using the iPhone and finding out how pathetic the battery life is when you use all the features, I am kind of changing my mind.

I just got home from a business trip and I used the touch to watch movies on the plane/listen to music and the iPhone still had enough battery life to run the GPS (which worked better than expected) etc until I had the opportunity to charge it up again.

Any thoughts? Would you keep the touch or sell it and just try to manage the power on the phone better?

Thanks

I have both and I decided to load all my films and music on the itouch as I use it alot and just have a few things on the phone due to the battery life.
Also my itouch is the 16gb and my iPhone is only 8gb, plus it's nice to have both for when you go on holiday.

I have both. I started with an iPod touch and bought an iPhone 3G to replace it. I only carry the iPhone with me. The reason I bought an iPhone was because I did not want to carry both a cellphone and my iPod touch. I will probably let my wife take the iPod touch.

I absolutely love being able to carry around only one device with me. This ensures that I will never be without what I need most, and that is everything.
