iPod's Internet Being Picky...

I've got a 16GB iPod Touch with the 2.0.1 firmware. Lately it's been a bit picky with its WiFi connection capabilities. It'll connect to my WiFi just fine, it'll check the weather, it'll check Stocks, the remote app works just fine, Maps works, but Safari, the App Store, the YouTube app, the Facebook app, the Mail app, and the iTunes store are completely unresponsive. The apps load, but then they treat it as if there's no internet connection. Anyone know what the problem might be?

Any help would be appreciated.
