I was just looking for iPod Hi-Fi systems, because I thought that they would be less expensive... how wrong I was.
I believe they were introduced at $299...
Amazon has two for sale (from sellers, used)... one is $399.
The other is $899.

I tried to buy one on eBay, but the prices were more than they were new ($350). :(
I bought the Griffin Amplifi instead for $122. :)
the ipod hifi sucked to tell the truth. the sound was quite muddy and you had to turn it up quite loud in order to get decent audio. it was not portable at all, although you could run it from batteries. the griffin amplifi is definitely a steal and it sounds very nice, but cannot be run from batteries.

Woot sold the Blue Raven Maestro, very similar to the HiFi and under 100 dollars!

It sold yesterday, so be on the look out for it in a woot off in the up coming weeks or on eBay...
