My main computer that will download all my podcasts and vidcasts is a vista machine that I use for the ipod. Getting iPhone this week. I have a laptop (Powerbook G4) that I bring to work and want to be able to charge my iPhone and even sync my pictures to as well or what not. Is it possible to sync to both of my computers?

Mainly I atleast want to get a charge out of the laptop while at work too.

You can charge your iPod / iPhone wherever there's a powered USB port available.

For instance, I have a Linux workstation at work. It's got a few open USB ports, so I bring in my iPhone, connect it to the workstation via USB cable, and voila, the iPhone starts getting charged. :)

How about this... All my contacts and my calendar and photo syncing with my powerbook g4 and my podcasts and vidcasts sync with my windows vista machine. Can I do that? main thing is cause all my contacts are already on my laptop, i have no way to quickly get them all on my desktop so I can sync. They are on my phone right now (sony ericcson) and i sync through bluetooth on the powerbook. still waiting for the iphone to come in!

Sounds like MobileMe is what you want. You can use your 20 GB of web storage for the pics, and get MobileMe to keep your calendar and contacts synced.
