so I have a 16gb older iphone and it used to work perfect in my chrysler on the uconnect bluetooth but now since I have updated my phone to the 2g software, it no longer works. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?? I called Apple and was told that others were having the same issue and they have no explanation on if they will correct it or not. All I was told was that the new phones and new software are not firewire compatible but Chrysler says the uconnect doesn't use it. Anyone figure this out yet?? I can pair my phone w/my car but when I go to use it, the car tells me that no phone is available. HELP please, I live in a state where you have to have handsfree!!

I have an older iphone that used to work in my 2007 chrysler car w/the bluetooth uconnect perfectly. Well ever since the new 2.0 update it no longer works. Has anyone else had this problem?

Not sure how much of a help this will be...
I have a 2008 Chrysler 300C with Uconnect and the Nav system.
I recently changed from a Windows Mobile phone to the new 3G 16GB iPhone.
It paired perfectly and have used it a bunch since last week.
It hasn't lost its pairing yet (something my WM phone did).
I'm sure you have done it but just in case, completely delete the pairing, then turn on Bluetooth on the phone first, then start pairing.
I used 0000 as a pin for both.

i just tried it again in my car after reading on the apple.com support site that the 2.1 update supposedly fixed this issue and what do you know, it worked! yay!
