don't know whether you can - everything you take with the iPhone goes into the Camera Roll, and all the other folders come from where you sync from

Lol, thats a bit pointless. I suppose I can maybe sync with itunes and maybe create one in there. Weird that you cant

no you can't create folders through iTunes either. Whatever you sync goes into the "photo album"

Actually, although the iPhone displays a "Photo Album" that includes all of your photos, iTunes will sync into "albums" based on your folder structure, or your albums/collections from Adobe Photoshop Elements/Album or iPhoto.

If you're only syncing photos from a single folder on your computer and don't have any sub-folders, then of course they'll all show up in a single album. Creating sub-folders in your file-system, however, and syncing the parent folder will result in each first-level sub-folder showing up as an "Album" on the iPhone (or iPod or Apple TV, for that matter).

However, this only refers to photos you sync from your computer... Photos you take with the iPhone camera, or save from the device itself (ie, from an e-mail or web page) will always go into "Camera Roll" and there's no way to change this (except of course by transferring them to your computer, putting them in an album, and then syncing them back onto the device).

Go to the iTunes syncing options for Photos. Browse to and choose the folder on your PC. Child folders will be added automaticaly. There is no ability to move iPhone camera pictures directly to another folder via the iPhone. You need to Email them to yourself , save to PC, or move to the desired folder... then sync.

If you already have your photos online there are a number of installable apps that will link to your site. Flickrs is called 'Exposure' and works quite well.
