Video Format ProblemsWith Podcast

Hi there,

I recently downloaded a video podcast on iTunes and synced it to my iPod Touch. When I tried to play it, a box came up informing me it wasn't the correct format. But then when I tried to convert to the right format via iTunes, I was told it was already converted correctly. Anyone else have this problem..and what should I do??
