802.1x wi-fi support with 2.0?

I was looking at this Apple article (http://www.apple.com/iphone/enterprise/integration.html) and saw that iPhone now supports 802.1x authentication with Microsoft Exchange. My college wi-fi network is 802.1x, and I was wondering if anyone could confirm that the iPod touch now supports this authentication with wi-fi.

My campus is the same way and I emailed them today, they said they support the ipods and iphones now. So I can confirm it for you.

Cool, that's good news. I just sent an email to my college IT department to confirm the 802.1x compatibility too.
