Help for Clarion Head Unit

Have a Clarion head unit AX410. No aux input. I am reading the manual and it has a 13 pin C-Bus input for the CD changer. ANyone know if an adapter is available for converting the CD changer C-bus input to an auxillary input?

I've got a clarion changer that has aux in on it, im sure it can be done through ce-net.
