Please Help:Ipod Touch How to record Contacts

Hi,

I am happy to use my ipod Touch 16G. I use Windows XP and Vista (2 PC)

Recently I made some modification on my Pc(s) and lost my itune information, so when I connected again to itune I got a complete blank sheet musics, films ...

No problems to synchronise, if necessary with my ipod touch BUT I am afraid that I will loose all details, including contacts (Many datas) calendar ...

Does sombedody knows how to records these infos from the i pod to transfer them again to it after having set itwith the new i tune.

i have a good book about it (From guy Hart-Davis) but he advises to "enable Disk Mode on a ipod using windows" . Unfortunatly there is not any "Enable disk mode " box appearing in the options windows of the Itune. I believe that it is possible only for the other i pods.

If you've jailbroken your iPod Touch, you can use the application "TimeCapsule" to make backups of almost all of the data that is stored on the Touch. Search for it in the Installer.app
