Signal bar help

Hi, I installed an app called att signal bars and now I uninstalled it and my bars still show as the att sign, I rebooted my phone also and reinstalled summerboard and still didnt help, I went in the apps folder in the phone and there wasnt a att prog. im not sure what to do to fix it

also im jailbroken 1.1.4 and my customize app goes to thespicychicken logo then goes back to the iphone, it doesnt seem to run
