I just bought a pair of UE's Metro fi. 100's from Amazon.com..earlier today I read this review: http://fakeheadphones.com/ultimate-ears-metrofi-100-earphones-pictures-and-brief-review/05/2008/
(They said that the sound of these earbuds is pretty much flat and an amp would probably be needed to achieve better sound). The review was dated from late may, and I guess it was one from the U.K. where they were still handing out the samples in stores. I cannot find ANYTHING on these earbuds on UE's website, and I really hope I didn't throw my money away with these earphones. Is it possible they're still being in the production stage, or have they come out already?..I'm not sure what the difference is though between the fi. 100's, and the fi. 2 in terms of the better earphone if you will. Are the 100's an older model?.
