hey guys i'm new and have a question. ok so my verizon 2 year contract is about to expire in 4 months and i'm about to go off to college and was thinking it would be a great idea to put my phone and ipod (i got a touch btw) into a single item. so naturally i want to get an iphone (or an lg voyager and extend my contract with verizon). well i got a couple questions about the iphone 3g service plans. i know there's the $40/month voice part and the $30/month data/text part. i was just wondering if i can just get the voice service and not buy the data service and still use my iphone for internet browsing in wifi hotspots and possibly buy a seperate texting plan. thanks in advance!
