JoinTogether stops after 3rd track

I just downloaded the latest JoinTogether version 5.2.1. and since then the tool always stops when opening the third file in Quicktime and is just doing nothing anymore. I only updated JoinTogether, the Quick Time version is still the same: 7.5.
With the old version of JoinTogether (can't remember which version it was, 5.?) everything worked just fine.

Can anybody help or has the same issue? Is there a way to get the old JoingTogether versions again?

same issue here bro. I originally updated it because it stopped working PERIOD and I figured might have something to do with the recent quicktime update (which had more or less broken quicktime entirely for me).

however I appear to of found a solution. I noticed that if I use AIFF files rather than MP3s I don't run into the issues... of course its a pain to do all this reencoding but its the only way i can get my audiobooks the way I like 'em.

does it also take a REALLY long time for it to load up? the older version used to pop up and away we went. now it takes FOREVER to "load track info from iTunes"...

I LOVE this app, swear by it, and use it ALMOST every day so I really want it to work smoothly agian!

Unfortunately something mysteriously happened to Join Together. It stops after a couple tracks. I thought if might have been the new Itunes and/or Quick Time so I used Time Machine and went back to the old versions but Join Together displayed same behavior. Sucks for me.
