iTouch as a tour guide

Hello all!

I'm searching for a way to use the iTouch like a tour guide (museum, for example). I found very precious information for classic iPod. It turns around the Notes application and some text file to put with specific tags.

I found myself quite happy the day I made the iPod a tour guide :D

But as I sadely expected, it's not working this way on an iTouch :o

Or maybe I'm doing something wrong... Does anyone know at least a little something about this?
