Reject Call Option?

Hi,

Sometimes when I receive a call I am presented with two buttons - one to answer the call, another to reject it. On other occasions I only get the option to answer the call and no way to reject it.

Why is this? There doesn't seem to be any pattern to it!

there is a pattern. When your screen is locked and you receive a phone call it gives you the "swipe to answer" option. When not locked, you see two buttons at the bottom: one to answer and the other to decline.

To decline the call when locked, simply press the sleep button at top once.
