Getting your contact info OUT of iTunes

I recently lost my iPhone and will likely wait a few weeks before getting another one so I can get the new 3G model. That means i'll be using an old Nokia for a while. I entered my contacts into the iPhone manually over time. How do I view them / export them from iTunes so I can load them up the temp phone? I don't have them written down elsewhere and who remembers anyones number anymore? What iTunes file is this data stored in?

In my expirience, iTunes syncs the contacts with the Windows Address Book or with Outlook, you should try those programs and see if your contacts are stored there.
