age requirement for ATT GoPhone is 12 years.

Yeah, Cingular finally told me that as long as I have means to pay it (debit card or checking account) I could get one.

My suggestion is go T-Mobile, its cheaper :D
10 cents per minute and once you put $100.00 to your phone, you are automatically a golds member meaning everytime you refill your account, minutes wont expire till 1 year after.
10cents to send text and 5 cents to recieve.

I'm going with the Pick-Your-Plan because I can get unlimited text with it. :D Also, T-Mobile gets horrible reception in my area.
