Hi,

I followed according to one of the video on YouTube about Jailbreaking my itouch firmware 1.1.4.
Maybe I didn't 'restart' my itouch before Jailbreaking it but other than that I followed all the steps shown in the video. Now the problem is that when I click 'Jailbreak' my itouch seems to carry out smoothly accept that it get stuck in the 'rebooting' of my itouch. and the screen appears 'BSD root: md0, major 2, minor 0'.. it just keeps on appearing.. but just not restart my itouch!

I even tried unplugging it, try to restart it. Unfortunately once it's restarted, it goes back to the same thing! PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Anybody who have experience this problem, please do reply!!! :(

Use the "Restore" button in iTunes.

You may well need to put your iPod in restore mode first (instructions taken from another post by DerekVOF):

1. Turn your iPod Touch off (hold the top button, then use the red slider to turn it off)
2. Hold down the home button (round button on the front) and keep holding it down
3. Plug in the USB cable to your iPod Touch (should already be plugged into the computer) - keep holding down the home button
4. The iPod Touch should start up - keep holding down the home button
5. After 30-60 seconds, you should see the iTunes icon and a cable connected to it. It should now be in restore mode and you can let go of the home button.
6. In iTunes you will now be able to restore...
