should i buy?

im tied between buying an 32inch hdtv £266 http://www.ebuyer.com/product/131916?hp_prod=1 or and ipod touch £200 . can people tell me the pros and cons of each, and help me come to a concusion of what to buy. i plan to install 3rd party apps and jailbreak the ipod can you advise me on some good apps aswell.

Really depends on what you want more: Mobile media, or big screen media.

The Touch: Pros:

Good interface.
Lots of promise with the SDK
Mobile media
Computer platform and games console inside. (when the SDK software comes out in June)
Email, web, etc included.

Cons: Some iPod add-ons don't work with it
Have to take out of your pocket to use.


The LCD:

Pretty good specs on the TV. Certainly not the best, but for the price not bad at all.
