iPod Touch User

I have a 16 GB iTouch that ive had for a while. my friend jailbroke it for me in like febuary, and everything was going fine, then just the other day i plugged in my ipod to the computor and when i clicked "sync "Evan's iPod", it would not allow me to sync because of and "unknown error (-54)". I have a PC, not a Mac. anyone know a solution to my problem? :p
