I have had my Touch since November and recently I have been having a lot of problems with the input on the screen. The major one that I can always reproduce is the ‘i’ key on the keyboard does not work 99% of the time in portrait mode. When I flip to landscape it seems to be just fine. Do I need to send in my touch for repair or is it just a software problem and maybe a hard reset will do the trick?
The other input problem I have is when trying to scroll web pages it is very erratic to response and will sometimes just go haywire and zoom in and open links that I have not selected.
