Downloading a web app to iPod touch

Is it possible to download a web app to my ipod touch? i.e.:
http://www.apple.com/webapps/games/501darts.html

No, you must be online to use the App, or at least at the start, to get it.

You can put it on your home screen using the plus button at the bottom of the screen, but again, no access unless you are online.

Yeah, the webclip you chuck onto the home screen is just like a shortcut to a webpage.
