Ipod Touch Went Black!

Hey guys.
Yesterday, my one-month-old 8 GB Touch went totally black. I know it had a lot of battery time left on it, and I haven't had any problems with it until now. I've tried to reset it by hold the two buttons in at the same time, but nothing happened. I've tried to plug it into my computer, but nothing happened. It didn't even begin to recharge, the computer didn't react to the iPod being plug'd in.

Does anybody have any idea about what could have gone wrong?

If holding the two buttons at the same time for 10+ seconds came back with nothing, you probably have a hardware failure. Go talk to an Apple Genius at an Apple Store or go online and fill out a warranty report to get a replacement.
