My feeling also. He also also quite "rushed" to close a deal and having me sending my info. Anyway, I had a bad feeling about this and did not go through with a deal. His english was pretty bad also. So please beware. Any "reseller" selling 16giggers iphone for 400$US shipped UPS worldwide express (about 80$), from england is just plain weird.
