hi was wondering if any1 could help me out.I bought the itrip and I have been trying to work it for hours now but I'm getting so ####ed off!Basically,at first, when I entered the installation cd it said I needed to have musicmatch installed,so I did that with the ipod plug-in and then it wouldn't recognise my ipod so I could sync with it.So I tried something else instead-I dragged all the itrip stations into itunes and syncd with my ipod. But then I didn't know what to do.I tested it in my car and nothing worked. The red light on the itrip tho was constantly on till i switched it off. Please help me out! There's nothing more frustating than paying money on something and not being able to use it!
Any ideas would be great!

You will have to download the new install files for iTrip for iTunes/Windows here http://www.griffintechnology.com/software/software_itrip.html

You might want to uninstall MusicMatch and the version of iTrip that you installed. Then install the new version of iTrip that is compatible with iTunes/Windows.

After you install it, power up iTunes and import the itunes.XML file. The .XML file is located on your C:\ Drive.

Then you should have an iTrip playlist, which you will have to sync into your IPOD.

Now, turn on your IPOD and go to PLAYLISTS. Here you should find all the stations you can broadcast to. Select one and hit the PLAY button. You should see the iTrip LED blinking...after it starts to blink really fast, hit PAUSE. Now the LED should stay on. Now, go to a song and start playing it. Remember your volume should be pretty high on the IPOD to hear it through the radio.

That's pretty much it...it takes a little patience to get it setup, but the instructions are there. I'm guessing you were eager to get it working after coming back from the store.

Good Luck.
