Itunes acount change

I opened up iTunes, and for some reason my Dad's name was the option for signing in. It was his email, and then the blank area for me to write a password underneath it. I realize I worded this rather odd, but it is hard to explain. My question is how to change it from his email address to mine for the account name. The area where the account name is is non click able.

All you have to do is click on Store (at the top of iTunes) and then click on Sign Out. Then sign back in using your e-mail address and password.

I dont see the store button, all I see is featured, (with three options on the top, genres, new released, and what's hot), search, and downloads with the redeem button on top.

You need to look in iTunes on your computer, not your iPod Touch. Then resync.
