As I was browsing the iTunes Store this evening, I paid a visit to the iPod Games section. I noticed that the only section that was there was the section for 5th Gen, Classic, and 3rd Gen Nano. I scrolled down to the bottom of the page and noticed that that was all that was being offered.
I'm now going to compare the list of available game to the full list in iLounge's reviews.

I have checked the links provided in iLounge's review pages for the above titles, and apparently, you can still access them in the Store via these links. I ave provided links to them here in this post. I'm not sure how long they'll last, but they might be gone by tomorrow (as it's Tuesday, when they update the Store). Then again, tomorrow, they might be making them compatible with the Classic and 3Gen Nano.
It's no big loss for me, though, I have all of these except for Lost, which received the lowest iLounge rating of these. I've never seen the show on which it is based/themed, and It doesn't look interesting to me.
