My library has been erased, everything. itunes is blank when I open it. I heard from Apple support that you can re-load back from iPOD into Itunes but he was not authorized to tell me how. Anyone know????? Nearly 10,000 songs this is a disaster.........

First, it may be that only the iTunes index to your music is missing/wonky. Check your \My Music\iTunes\iTunes Music folder -- if it's still chock full o'files, then you just need to rebuild your index. (Post again for how to do that.)
