Video podcasts also show up in both. Some people just want to listen to them. I don't believe that it takes twice the space.

It does not take up any more space it just gives you two acsess points for the music videos

Music videos are filed in with your music as music videos are from artists, the same artists that make audio tracks. That way you can see music videos right next to the albums they were made for. They don't take up anymore space, the music videos are on your computer once and on your iPod once, they just show up in multiple playlists. Your main Music Library is considered a playlist (one that you can't edit) along with the actual Music Video section.

Yes, but now I have an album under an artist that has no artwork... :(

it should be fix for next firmware update. it doesn't make any sense when I listen to music video(?) during shuffling songs. plus when I see the list on podcast for audio only, I can see also video podcast. it should be only in video area. music video shouldn't play during shuffle.

It's not going to "fixed" in the next firmware update. It's the same in the iPod video and has been the same for all iPods compatible with video so I doubt they're are going to change it now.

The videos do contain artwork though. They normally show one "screen cap" taken from the video. You can also manually add album art if you like to match the CD that the music video was made for. Not really that hard and it won't take that long. I added actual album art to over 100 music videos and it took me about 20 minutes.
