Hi,
I would like to speak to someone at Dension to find out if my head unit can support the Ice Link. The Web Site does not help me out with this enq and the Europe phone number is in Hungary.

Does anyone have a UK number for Ice Link enqs?

I have e-mailed them 3 times now with no reply.

Whats the point of having an info e-mail address that you don't bother looking at?

Any help would be great lads and lasses as I can't wait to hook my Ipod up.

On the side Does anyone know if a Kenwood KDC-4080R can be used?

Cheers Brigsy.

There is a UK reseller for the product at http://www.ihavetohave.it/acatalog/ICE-Link.html

Somewhere in that web site, there's a UK contact phone number. I used it myself to find out that Dension does not support the Jaguar X-type 2002.

Good luck!

Dension doesn't make the auxiliary input adapter for the HU, their hardware consists of the iPod interface only. For their Ice-Link package, Dension has teamed up with Soundgate. You can check on the www.soundgate.com website or call their tech support. They are much more responsive.

I always received responses to my emails for both product inquiry and technical support after I received my ICE Link connection kit. I always got a response using their email address, info@densionusa.com. Their main webpage is http://icelink.densionusa.com/.

As previously stated, they do not have an ICE Link Connection kit for Kenwood aftermarket stereos. However, that doesn't mean they won't have one in the future.
