Save Album Art to Album Folder doesn't save non-store art

I've been using dougsript Save Album Art to Album Folder v1.3 (http://dougscripts.com/itunes/scripts/scripts13.php) and it works great, except I've noticed the script says: No Artwork Found for artwork that I added manually, and didn't get from itunes / the itunes store. Is there any way to modify the script so it will save both kinds of album art?

Works fine for me. If you feel adventurous, run the script from Script Editor...before running the script on a single track, enable Event Log -- this will log every action the script takes, p'bly showing whatever error is occurring. Once you've saved an Event Log, come on back and post about the results.

(As a just-to-be-sure move, select your one test track and then do a Get Info on it; is the art there? Great -- close the Info box and run the script)
