There's a Games forum.
1. Buy it on iTunes.
2. Sync it to your iPod.

Ya know, this is probably a joke thread, but anyway;
1. Run iTunes; as you want the game on your iPod, I'm assuming you already have this installed.
2. Click onto "iTunes store" on the left side of the newly opened window.
3. If you haven't already, log in to your iTunes account, if you do not have one, please see section "a".
4. In the store, click onto "iPod games".
5. In the new page, scroll down until you find the game you'd like.
6. Click on it.
7. Click "buy".
8. The download should begin, unless you have not registered a credit card/the card has expired. The download will cost a stated amount (if you're Australian, it'll be AU$7.49).
9. After the download has completed, click onto "games" on the left side of the window.
10. In the new window, click onto "authorise...", type in your log in details again and select "ok".
11. Connect your iPod if you haven't already.
12. Click onto it in the left side of the window and then click onto the "games" tab.
13. Select "sync all" and then apply.
14. After the iPod has synched, eject it and enjoy.
a. If you haven't created an iTunes account, you have the option to do this after clicking "log in".
Phew, that took a while.

oh is this what you meant earlier by section a?
Man, this is really pathetic. First you ask about it, then you winge about the cost.
If you want it, pay.
If you don't, don't bother us.

usually you can get stuff like music and videos free on the internet, so why not games too?

Oh I don't know, maybe BECAUSE THAT'D BE ILLEGAL. If you honestly can't afford the miniscule cost of an iPod game, that's the least of your problems, and definelty not one of our concerns.

Meaning you don't want to pay for it... hmm. Well a "friend" of mine obtained it from JohnnyDeppBay.org. The problem is that those games are firmware dependant and it's not as simple as drag and drop. In addition, they only work on the 5th or 5.5 gen ipods (which is NOT the classics) You have to put it into firmware mode. Then there's about 15 steps via the Unix command line to get it to work. It IS possible to brick your iPod if you don't know what you are doing.
When the Ipod 5.5Gen firmware got upgraded, then all of the games stopped working. I guess you can deny the upgrade, but then you have to tolerate other bugs.
Calculate your time. It will probably take you 5 hours to figure it out after lots of hard resets vs simply paying the $5 for it on iTunes.
