Hi I have a unlocked 4gb Iphone with nothing on it and I'm trying to sync songs onto it and when i try to sync it says that this iphone is synced with another itune library and that it must erase the contents of this iphone in order to sync these songs. WILL THIS RELOCK MY IPHONE???? Thanks

no it will not ;-) do it and you should be able to sync fine.

Looks like the phone you bought was used. Is it? There are already files in the iPhone that do not belong to you. That's why it has to erase it because iTunes does not recognize whether the files belongs to you or not. Its like syncing an iPod to a different computer. Unless you manually sync them, some or all files will be deleted.
To answer your question, it will not relock your iPhone.
