Can Iphone make Wi-Fi calls? If I drop EDGE service and go straight Wi-Fi for net access will all of Iphone's internet applications work? Which ones will not?

wi-fi calls? I think there are apps available for that when you jailbroke, but otherwise it cannot do that.

I don't really understand the other question. why should any internet app not work when you have wifi instead of edge, since wifi is better and faster than edge ;-) if possible you should always go with a wifi connection.
