oops... too many apps

i put on my ipod too many apps from the installer... and now installer doesnt load (goes onto it and straight off it) and the ipod goes extremely slow like a 1996 fat old computer trying to download 2000 ps3 games in one go...
luckily i downloaded 'finder'... can i delete the apps from there and continue on with my ipod life? if not, how else can i get rid of all those apps? its gone so slow and bad.... i cant even turn it off.... im having to wait for the battery to die. baaaaaaaaah

Place you ipod into restore mode then use ibricker to take it out of recovery mode. Next, SSH into your touch and remove the apps you choose.
