How come iPhone hasnt come in Canada yet??

I dont get it why hasnt the iPhone come out here in Canada yet??

If your going to say there is a small population or no market for it then how come it just came out in much smaller countries like Austria and Ireland? Canada has population alteast 5 times more than Austria and Ireland.
