Anyone else have problems with just terrible customer service from extrememac? They ship out their orders very fast - but the last two issues I have had problems with even a reply from customer service. This, after several emails and several phone messages. It seems as if they're all to willing to let you purchase their products but when there is a problem they aren't there to assist.
