Help with YouTube on Ziphone'd 1.1.4?

I searched and can't find an answer to this. I have a 8gb 1.1.4 iPhone and used Ziphone 2.5c and Unlocked,Activated, Jailbroke. I have found a few Fixes in Installer, but nothing seems to work. Still get the "Cannot connect to YouTube". Is it a no hope situation right now and YouTube can't work?

Honestly I don't know what I did, but it just randomly started working for me a couple days and hasn't stopped. I wish I could say more than that, but yeah, it just did. I deleted the youtube fix for 1.1.4 and didn't re-install it. No other youtube fixes are on there and I downloaded MxTube. That was able to connect and download videos. After I downloaded a video from that, I went and checked Youtube and that started working. So maybe try downloadin' that?

I cant say I had a problem at all with 1.1.4 and ziphone with regards to youtube. Didnt even download any fixes.

What options did you use with Ziphone? I used the Do It All. Someone told me they did each one individually (Jailbreak, Unlock, Activate) and they have no problems either.

Just used the do it all button.

Restore to 1.1.4 then run ziphone again. It should work without a "fix". A full restore will give you a clean start.

when i had 1.1.3 and used ziphone to jailbreak and activate my phone, i searched high and low for a solution, but couldn't find one. when i upgraded to 1.1.4, then subsequently used ziphone 2.5c to jailbreak, i was still able to use youtube. then i realized what i had done differently. i used ziphone to jailbreak only, and used the standard itune activation. i believe that using itunes to activate allows it to use youtube and yahoo email (which i also had a problem with when i was on 1.1.3). if you are a at&t customer and you have a valid contract with them, try restoring back to 1.1.4, then use ziphone to just jailbreak.
