iPod touch software upgrade 1.0 help?

After failing to upgrade to 1.1.4 with ziphone, I used ijailbreak mobile to upgrade to 1.1.3 and it works great now. My problem is that I can't get the iPod touch software upgrade 1.0 to work on it. I'm supposed to install it to my ipod touch and then open up the "ijailbreak" app and it should restart my iPod with the wiggly apps and whatever else. The problem is whenever I install the update and go to the "ijailbreak" app it just says "Password:" and does nothing. Watching a video on youtube, I know its supposed to scroll through a lot of computer language and reboot.

Anyone know what's wrong?
